About the Opportunity
Position: Head of Legal – Real Estate
Type: Full-time, Senior Leadership Role
Location: Gurugram
Eligibility Criteria
(i) Minimum 15 years of experience in the legal profession with substantial exposure to real estate litigation, transactions, structuring, and statutory compliance, including RERA and DTCP policies.
(ii) Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulatory compliance, litigation, title due diligence, land acquisition, and commercial leasing.
(iii) Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage legal teams, liaise with stakeholders, and provide strategic legal advice.
Roles and Responsibilities
(i) Oversee all legal matters related to real estate transactions, litigation, and compliance.
(ii) Conduct title due diligence and advise on land acquisition, structuring, and leasing matters.
(iii) Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and timely delivery of legal solutions.
