1. General Overview
Thank you for your interest in submitting your paper to Jus Corpus Law Journal. By submitting your article or making any payment for the journal’s services, you agree to the terms set out in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Submissions and Acceptance
- Once an article has been Accepted for publication and the Fee has been paid, no Refund or Cancellation of payment is permitted, however, the Author can refrain from publishing the article.
- If the article is Rejected, the payment made for review or publication (if applicable) will be Refunded.
- If the Article is Withdrawn before Acceptance, the payment for publication (if applicable) will be refunded.
3. Payment for Services
- All publication-related payments, such as Manuscript Reviewing Fees etc. are non-refundable as we ask for the payment when the Article is Accepted for Publication after the Preliminary Check.
4. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under special circumstances, such as:
- Administrative errors or system malfunctions resulting in incorrect charges.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., unforeseen technical issues, legal restrictions, or other emergencies).
- If the payment is made multiple times for a single paper, the payment will be refunded (after deducting the single payment for that paper).
5. Requests for Refunds
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at [support@juscorpus.com] with details of your submission. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be communicated to you.
6. Changes to the Policy
Jus Corpus Law Journal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
