Internship Overview
This internship is an opportunity for law students to gain practical exposure to real-world corporate and commercial legal work. Interns will work closely with Shivangi Nigam and handle legal tasks relevant to startups and small businesses.
Duration: 1–2 Months
Mode: Virtual (unless otherwise specified in the application link)
Area of Work: Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, Startup Advisory
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MoUs, privacy policies, and terms & conditions
- Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial matters
- Assisting in compliance and legal advisory for startups
- Supporting on-going legal projects and client work
- Learning from real business and legal scenarios
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course, or final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Strong interest in corporate, commercial, or startup law
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Professional communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in related internships (preferred but not mandatory)
