We are inviting applications for our Corporate Law Internship Program from law students who are passionate about the corporate legal field and eager to gain practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Assisting in startup advisory and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the legal team with client consultations and project execution
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th-year students of a 5-year integrated law program
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in corporate law, startups, and commercial transactions
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Internship Details
- Duration: 2 Months (Choose either April–May 2025 or June–July 2025)
- Mode: 3 Online Positions | 1 Offline Position at Noida Office
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
