Opportunity Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates or young professionals to gain practical experience in corporate and real estate matters. The selected candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and gain exposure to real-world legal transactions, including documentation, research, and due diligence reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct detailed legal research on regulatory and compliance issues
- Review corporate records, title documents, financial agreements, and litigation history
- Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, drafting, and research abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in due diligence or related areas is a plus
