About the Internship:
GeeksforGeeks is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its team at the Noida (Sector 136) office. This is a 6-month full-time paid internship offering hands-on exposure to diverse legal domains in a fast-paced tech organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students studying in 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong drafting and communication abilities.
- Foundational understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Law, and related legal subjects.
Nature of Work:
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Preparing case summaries and legal representations.
- Supporting the legal team with administrative and project tasks.
- Creating and refining legal content and assisting with compliance requirements.
- Working closely with the legal department to gain practical industry experience.
