About the Internship:
AMA Legal Solutions is a team of young and highly motivated professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of work ethics and professionalism. This internship is a great opportunity for law students passionate about legal research, drafting, and writing, and looking to gain practical exposure to real-world legal work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year law course.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong drafting and communication abilities.
- Foundational understanding of core legal subjects such as Contract Law, Corporate Law, and related areas.
Nature of Work:
- Researching and drafting representations to effect change.
- Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
- Contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects while improving writing and analytical skills.
- Creating and refining content on legal topics.
- Collaborating with the legal team and providing administrative and research support.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements under professional supervision.
