Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Draft legal opinions based on precedents across various legal sectors, including:
- Cross-border transactions
- FDI / FEMA / RBI regulations
- Banking regulations
- Land M&A
- Taxation
- General Employment Law
- General Corporate Advisory
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills in both English and Telugu
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Telugu is preferred
Desired Profile
- Prior work experience in law firms or in corporate advisory services is preferred
- Strong work ethic, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent contract drafting skills
- Good general knowledge of corporate laws
