About the Opportunity
Our firm is inviting applications for two (02) full-time lawyer positions. We are looking for professionals who are articulate, grounded, and capable of translating their thoughts confidently into both oral arguments and written drafts.
This role is suited for individuals who can strongly defend their position, while also being self-aware and open to learning. We value clarity of thought, ownership of work, and a strong litigation mindset.
Key Expectations
- Ability to confidently articulate and defend legal positions, both verbally and in writing
- Humility to acknowledge limitations and continuously improve
- Willingness to actively debate legal strategy and contribute ideas
- Strong litigation orientation, including all pre-litigation and ancillary work
- Comfortable with new-age legal tech (use of AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini is acceptable, but full ownership and understanding of drafts is mandatory)
- Highly driven, proactive, and obsessive about hustling when required
- Strong time-management skills – knowing what to prioritise and when
- Client handling, court registry work, filings, and coordination are integral to the role

- Work Timings: No rigid hours, but mandatory presence wherever required is non-negotiable
Compensation
- Salary: Flexible (open on both upper and lower ends, based on capability and fit)
