Position: Legal Associate
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (or willing to relocate)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: LL.M. (Completed)
- Experience: Less than 2 years
- Strong understanding of Indian Legal System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good research and analytical skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Assist with legal compliance and regulatory matters
- Provide legal opinions and advice to internal teams
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage litigations, filings, and case documentation
- Handle client communication
Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 2 months
- Stipend during Probation: ₹12,000/month
- Post-Probation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on performance)
- Incentives: Additional per-case bonuses
