About the Role
Alongside my corporate law practice, I have been actively engaged in teaching, research, and writing on corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on comparative perspectives. I am now inviting applications for the position of Research Associate, to directly assist with academic projects.
Who Should Apply
- 2025 law graduates or candidates with ~1 year PQE
- Strong research and writing skills (corporate/commercial law exposure preferred)
- Demonstrated clarity of thought, precision in drafting, and intellectual rigour
- Proficiency in legal databases, research tools, and AI-assisted research methods
- Candidates who treat research as a craft, not content
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research on Indian & comparative corporate law
- Analytical writing on assigned problem statements
- Contribute to academic papers, lectures, and workshops
- Participate in periodic in-person discussions in Bangalore
