Position: Lawyer – Corporate & Hospitality Law
Location: New Delhi
Experience Required: 2–3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, with exposure to litigation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Interest in hospitality law, brand advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and contractual documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with external counsels for litigation and dispute resolution.
- Support business teams in transactions, licensing, and hospitality-related legal work.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality, employment, and operational laws.
