Position Details
- Position: Associate (A-0 / A-1)
- Location: Delhi Office (Hybrid Role)
- Experience: 1–4 years of post-qualification experience
Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves both Litigation and Transactional Work:
- Litigation
- Strong knowledge of court pleadings and proceedings
- Comfort with drafting
- Ability to engage meaningfully in matters before courts and tribunals
- Transactions
- Exposure to corporate and commercial work
- Drafting and reviewing deal documentation
- Participating in negotiations and transactional processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 1–4 years PQE
- Candidates with a balance of litigation and transactional exposure will be preferred
- Commitment to discipline, growth, and excellence in lawyering
