Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: LL.B.
- AIB: Must be passed
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience OR
- Freshers may also apply
Job Type & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time (Retainer)
- CTC: ₹2.60 LPA
Required Knowledge & Practice Areas
- Court proceedings, especially:
- Criminal Complaints & Police Matters
- Consumer Cases
- SARFAESI Act
- Arbitration Matters
- EP Cases
- Section 138, Negotiable Instruments Act
- Execution of Summons & Warrants
- Customer visit and client handling
Technical & Language Skills (Must)
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Typing proficiency in Hindi & English
