Established in 1997 by the Government of India, ASSOCHAM, CII, and FICCI, QCI is an autonomous body working to uphold quality standards across sectors like education, healthcare, governance, and environment. The PPID division at QCI leads transformative projects in partnership with 50+ ministries and departments, with a professional base of over 1300 experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and support end-to-end project execution
- Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and budget analysis
- Perform policy analysis to evaluate program design and implementation
- Use quantitative and qualitative evaluation frameworks to analyze data and generate insights
- Draft high-quality memos, white papers, concept notes, and policy documents
- Leverage knowledge of government programs and M&E frameworks to contextualize findings
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Management, Engineering, etc.); Master’s degree is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience for Analyst roles; 4–6 years for Associate Manager roles
- Experience in consulting, policy research, M&E, finance, or economics
- Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or other analytics tools
- Ability to travel for fieldwork and stakeholder engagements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
