ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Hiring Alert: Associate – Competition & Data Privacy, AI Regulation & Tech Law Practice
We are expanding our 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝗔𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, and we are looking to onboard an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝟭-𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗤𝗘) who is keen to build a future-facing practice in one of the fastest-evolving areas of law.
Qualifications:
- A valid law degree and license to practice in India.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in-house team in dealing with matters relating to data privacy & tech regulation.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach processes).
- Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory, platform frameworks, or technology contracts is an advantage.
- A self-motivated, independent, and research-driven mindset with the ability to work in an evolving regulatory ecosystem.
- Should be willing to work on competition law matters in addition to data privacy and tech regulation. Prior experience in competition law would be helpful but is not mandatory.
