Position Details
- Position: Legal Officer / Legal Executive
- Industry: NBFC / Financial Services
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 1–3 years (NBFC/Financial Services legal compliance preferred)
- Location: Shahpura & Jhalawar, Rajasthan
- Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters relating to loan recovery, arbitration, litigation, and SARFAESI.
- Coordinate with external counsels and internal recovery teams.
- Draft and review legal documents, notices, and agreements.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for NBFC operations.
- Represent the company before DRT, Civil Courts, and other forums when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NBFC laws, recovery processes, and civil litigation.
- Excellent drafting, case management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business/legal requirements.
