About the Role:
Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer to handle the company’s Commercial Vehicle Portfolio and LOS Recovery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation, recovery, arbitration, and customer interaction.

Panchkula – Chandigarh (Local candidates will be preferred)

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
- Minimum Experience: 2 years
CTC:
Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Arbitration Proceedings
- Managing cases under Section 138 of the NI Act
- Handling Execution Proceedings (EP Cases)
- Dealing with Consumer and Criminal Matters
- Conducting customer visits as part of the recovery process
- Managing police complaints and legal coordination
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
