A leading organisation is hiring a Legal Lead / Contract Management Consultant for its Bangalore office. The role involves handling end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, redlining, negotiations and coordination with internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
(ii) Strong expertise in IT contracts, commercial agreements, and risk assessment.
(iii) Experience with end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
(iv) Ability to handle contract negotiation, redlining, internal stakeholder coordination and compliance.
(v) Strong drafting, review and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various legal and IT/commercial contracts.
- Managing full contract lifecycle—from requirement gathering to closure.
- Conducting redlines, risk evaluation, and ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Working closely with internal teams for compliance and contractual strategy.
- Providing legal advice and maintaining contract template and process efficiency.
