About the Opportunity:
A boutique, partner-led law firm is hiring two Senior Associates (SA1 & SA2) for its General Corporate & M&A practice. This role offers end-to-end exposure to M&A, PE/VC transactions, general corporate advisory, and commercial contracts, with direct partner and client interaction.

Location:
Delhi NCR (Noida) / Mumbai
(Candidate must be based in either Delhi NCR or Mumbai)
Experience (Indicative PQE):
- SA1: 4 – 5 years
- SA2: 5 – 6 years
Experience must be in a corporate/M&A team of a law firm or a strong, active in-house team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act and FEMA
- Prior experience in M&A / PE / VC transactions
- Ability to handle transactions end-to-end
- Commercial awareness and client-facing capability
- Motivation to work closely with partners in a fast-paced environment
Nature of Work:
- End-to-end handling of M&A, PE, and VC transactions
- General corporate advisory and structuring
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Direct interaction with clients, investors, and partners
- Transaction management and coordination
