Post Qualification Experience
0–3 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Writ Petitions and Replies before the High Court of Rajasthan (Jaipur Bench)
- Drafting pleadings in arbitration matters
- Appearing before High Courts, Commercial Courts, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and other forums
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting and coordinating with the Court Clerk for filing and procedural work
Eligibility
- Law graduates with a strong interest in litigation
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Jaipur
- Good legal drafting and research skills
