Position
- Role: Advocate – Drafting & Legal Contracting
- Location: WP – 545/1, Ashok Vihar, 3rd Floor, Phase-1, Delhi – 110052
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the accounting sector.
- Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory functions.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university; Bar Council registration preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
