Legal Internship Details
Mode: Physical
Duration: 2–3 months
Location: E22, Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi – 110017
Nature of Work:
- Legal research and drafting
- Transaction support (Term Sheets, MoUs, Resolution Plans)
- Assisting in IBC and restructuring matters
- Supporting advisory and compliance work
Legal Associate Role
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in IBC / distressed assets / law firms / AIFs / ARCs
- Law degree (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / B.Com LL.B)
- Strong drafting, research, and commercial understanding
Nature of Work
- Handling IBC and distressed asset transactions
- Drafting transaction and legal documents
- Legal research and structuring advisory
- Regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, SARFAESI, Companies Act)
Accountant Role
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA Inter/CA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nature of Work
- Bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
- GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Payroll, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliation
- Financial statements, MIS reporting, and analysis
- Supporting audits, budgeting, and forecasting
