About the Opportunity
Divyank Tyagi, a practicing advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various District Courts, is inviting applications for internships. This internship offers hands-on litigation exposure in criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and corporate matters, including complex issues relating to money laundering and tax evasion.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: New Delhi (Courts & Office)
- Mode: Physical (On-site)
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable)
- Joining: Immediate
Nature of Work
- Engaging in copious reading, legal research, writing, and discussions on diverse legal issues.
- Drafting & vetting pleadings and preparing case briefs.
- Conducting legal research & due diligence.
- Assisting with legal compliances for clients and companies.
- Opportunity to work in an independent environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing law at a recognized university in India:
- 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program, or
- 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Strong research, writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to dedicate 6–7 hours daily for at least 5 days a week.
