Adv. Paras Mohan Sharma is inviting applications for internship positions in civil and commercial litigation for the month of October 2025. This opportunity is designed for law students who wish to gain practical insights into litigation and broaden their understanding of the law beyond academics.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: RERA Tribunals, Delhi High Court & Supreme Court
- Mode: Remote (with requirement to attend courts for urgent matters and possible outstation travel for client meetings)
- Duration: 4 weeks (with flexibility)
- Stipend: Performance-based stipend; certificate will be provided upon successful completion
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (3rd year or above of a 5-year course, or final year of a 3-year LL.B. program)
- Strong interest in civil procedure and commercial law
- Good research and drafting skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on civil and commercial law matters
- Drafting pleadings, notes, and legal documents
- Assisting in preparation for court hearings and client matters
- Attending urgent court proceedings when required
