About the Internship:
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is inviting applications for long-term legal internships with its in-house legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of law, media, and entertainment, working with one of India’s leading media companies.
Eligibility:
(i) Students studying in the 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year Law course.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Prior experience or interest in the media or technology industry will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and assist in drafting various legal documents.
(ii) Prepare case summaries, contract notes, and policy updates.
(iii) Assist the legal team in reviewing and drafting agreements under supervision.
(iv) Provide research support in ongoing matters and industry compliance.
(v) Contribute to legal documentation and correspondence.
(vi) Collaborate with different departments to support corporate legal functions.
