About the Office
Vijay Sethi Advocate & Associate is a Delhi-based litigation firm dealing with criminal law, civil matters, service law, and procedural litigation. The office provides an immersive environment for interns to learn directly through courtroom experiences, client handling, drafting, and legal research.
Who Can Apply
We are seeking law students who are:
- Pursuing their 3rd year or above in a 5-year law course or in the final year of a 3-year law course
- Interested in litigation and court procedures
- Well-versed with basic legal knowledge
- Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Proficient in legal research and drafting
Location: Rohini Sector-18, Delhi
Duration: May to July 2025
Mode: In-Office
Nature of Work
- Attending court proceedings regularly
- Assisting in drafting affidavits, petitions, and legal notices
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Learning real-world court practices and filing procedures
