About the Internship:
The Office of Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay, a reputed Supreme Court Advocate, is inviting applications for its internship program scheduled from 1st November to 30th November 2025. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) drafting, legal research, and courtroom practice while working on diverse matters of national importance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to undergraduate students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses.
- Strong interest in constitutional, commercial, and civil law.
- Excellent research and drafting skills.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a genuine passion for litigation work.
Mode:
Offline (In-office) — 6 days a week
