About the Internship:
Advocate Sushant Inderjeet Singh, practicing before the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications from aspiring lawyers and legal interns to join his Chambers in Delhi. This internship offers direct and intensive exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court of India and other important tribunals.
Internship Details:
Mode: Hybrid
Location: Delhi
Duration: 4 Weeks
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or must have already completed an LL.B.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Willingness to engage primarily in research and drafting of pleadings, notices, contracts, and legal opinions.
Responsibilities:
(i) Researching and drafting legal representations.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis.
(iii) Drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries.
(iv) Attending court hearings and client meetings.
(v) Assisting in case preparation, documentation, filings, and compliance work.
