Internship Details
- Duration: 1–3 months (extendable based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (LL.B./B.A. LL.B., preferably in final year)
- Strong interest in property law, banking, and due diligence
- Good command over MS Word/Excel and legal drafting
Nature of Work
- Conducting title search and property chain investigations
- Preparing Title Search Reports (TSR) and property due diligence notes
- Drafting and analyzing legal documents related to property and banking matters
- Assisting in registration work and supporting advocates in court proceedings
