- 2 interns – Litigation Vertical

Areas of Practice
Corporate Law Vertical
- Contract drafting and review
- Legal research & regulatory compliance
- Client coordination
- Exposure to: Companies Act, IBC, Contract Act
- Interaction with: MCA, SEBI, RBI, CCI, IBBI portals
Litigation Vertical
- Legal research and drafting
- Court visits and procedural assistance
- Exposure to: CPC, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and allied laws

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. course

- For Litigation: Prior litigation internship experience preferred
