About the Internship:
Peshori Consultants is inviting applications from enthusiastic and driven law students pursuing their LL.B. to join our team as Legal Interns. This internship is ideal for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of Corporate Law and SEBI Regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
- Basic understanding of:
- Corporate Law fundamentals
- SEBI laws and regulatory framework
- Legal research principles
- Eager to learn and contribute in a professional setting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with real-time legal matters and ongoing cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis under supervision
- Prepare legal documents, briefs, and summaries
- Understand and apply legal principles to practical scenarios
- Collaborate with legal professionals and receive active mentorship
