ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A pan-Indian law firm, through Agragami Consulting, is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate at its Bhubaneswar office.
The firm is looking for candidates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience and practical exposure to civil and commercial litigation. Candidates with experience in arbitration, commercial disputes, and shareholder disputes before the NCLT will be preferred.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Exposure to arbitration, commercial disputes, and shareholder disputes before the NCLT will be preferred.
Experience working with established law firms, particularly Tier 1 law firms, will be an added advantage.
Candidates willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar are encouraged to apply.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be expected to work on litigation matters involving:
Civil litigation.
Commercial litigation and disputes.
Arbitration matters.
Shareholder disputes and NCLT proceedings.
