ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
Reliance Foundation invites applications for the 2026–27 WomenLeaders India Fellowship, a professional-development programme designed to bring together women leaders from the social entrepreneurship and social sector ecosystems.
The fellowship offers two distinct tracks, enabling participants to collaborate across sectors while connecting with leaders who share similar areas of focus.
The programme is implemented in partnership with Vital Voices Global Partnership as its technical partner.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The WomenLeaders India Fellowship welcomes applications under the following two tracks:
1. SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS
This track is designed for women founders or co-founders who:
Hold key decision-making authority in their social enterprise.
Own at least 50% equity in the enterprise.
Operate a for-profit or not-for-profit social enterprise.
Use entrepreneurial models to address social-impact challenges.
2. SOCIAL SECTOR LEADERS
This track is open to women leaders and executives who:
Hold significant decision-making or leadership positions.
Work within non-profit organisations, for-profit organisations, civil society organisations, or philanthropic organisations.
Contribute to community-centred programmes, influence, or systems change.
FELLOWSHIP BENEFITS
