About the Internship:
Neupane Law Associates, a leading Nepalese law firm based in Kathmandu, is inviting applications for short-term paid internships starting in October and November 2025. The firm offers an excellent opportunity for final-year law students to gain practical experience in research, drafting, and corporate law. Successful candidates may also be considered for the Trainee Associate position after their final exams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law program.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong drafting and written communication skills.
- Foundational understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Law, and related legal disciplines.
Nature of Work:
- Conducting legal research and preparing analytical reports.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries.
- Supporting the legal team in client advisory and transactional work.
- Creating and refining legal content focused on corporate and commercial law.
- Providing administrative and research assistance on ongoing cases.
- Reviewing agreements and documents under supervision of senior associates.
