About the Internship:
Harshit Chopra & Associates (HCA) is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Program for the month of August 2025. This internship offers law students a chance to gain practical exposure in litigation and legal research.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated law course
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal representations
- Assist in legal drafting, case summaries, and analysis
- Prepare and review legal documents such as NDAs and service agreements
- Support the legal team with administrative and project-based tasks
- Gain practical experience in corporate law, arbitration, and litigation matters
