Facile Quick Settlement is a rapidly growing legal-financial platform that assists individuals facing issues related to loan repayment, debt recovery, and legal harassment by recovery agents. The company aims to offer fast, legal, and ethical solutions to financial disputes through a dedicated legal support system.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drafting basic legal documents, notices, and client communication
- Supporting clients in matters involving recovery agents and financial institutions
- Coordinating with in-house and external advocates
- Conducting research on RBI guidelines, Consumer Protection laws, and financial regulations
- Maintaining documentation and legal records related to client cases
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed LL.B. degree
- Enrolled with any State Bar Council (Registered Advocate)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have good legal drafting and communication skills
- Candidates must be based in Dhanbad or willing to relocate/travel to the Dhanbad office
Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Position Type: Internship (3–6 months) with potential for full-time placement
