About the Internship
AYTA LegalTech Consulting is inviting applications for a 6-month paid internship program designed to provide law students with hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, and analysis in diverse practice areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated law course.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Interest in litigation, legal research, and drafting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting representations.
- Assisting with legal drafting, case summaries, and analysis.
- Creating and refining content on legal topics.
- Collaborating with the legal team on ongoing projects and providing research/administrative support.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under supervision.
- Meaningfully contributing to projects while improving writing and analytical skills.
Internship Details
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 6 months (minimum commitment of 2 months)
- Stipend: Paid
