About the Internship
Adv. Omkar Pardeshi and Associates is offering an immediate remote internship opportunity for law students and freshers interested in legal drafting and Consumer Law. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience with real cases and legal procedures.
Eligibility
(i) Law students or recent graduates
(ii) Must be available to join immediately
(iii) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word
(iv) Willingness to visit court (when required) for tasks such as meeting clients, collecting documents, and submitting files
Responsibilities
(i) Legal drafting related to consumer matters
(ii) Assisting in case preparation and document management
(iii) Learning and contributing to online/offline court procedures
(iv) Completing assigned legal tasks within deadlines
(v) Potential involvement in client communications and follow-ups
Location
Remote (with occasional court visits if needed)
