Jus Corpus: Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on its website. The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Pooja Kapoor (Associate Professor in Political Science & International Relations, Bennett University, Greater Noida)
Dr. Pooja Kapoor is a distinguished academician currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Liberal Arts – Bennett University, Greater Noida. A trailblazer in her educational pursuits, Dr. Kapoor earned her B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Gargi College, Delhi University, where she secured the first rank. She further expanded her academic horizon by completing her M.A. in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her scholarly contributions reached their pinnacle with a doctoral research focus on ‘Violation of Human Rights: Case Study of Custodial Violence in Delhi,’ culminating in the award of a Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi in 2004. Dr. Kapoor’s commitment to academic excellence extends beyond her research achievements. Dr. Kapoor’s intellectual contributions extend to the realm of published works, with several books credited to her name for various universities such as Jamia Millia Islamia University, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, and SRM University. Her prolific scholarship is further evidenced by numerous national and international journal publications, many of which are indexed in SCOPUS, showcasing her standing as a prominent figure in academia.
