Internship Details
- Position: Legal Associate Intern
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Position Type: Internship
- Stipend:
- ₹2,000/month (for LL.B. graduates)
- ₹3,000/month (for LL.M. graduates)
- Performance-based incentives may be offered
Nature of Work
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Conducting advanced legal research on statutes, cyber laws, and fintech regulations
- Drafting legal documents such as notices, petitions, agreements, MoUs, privacy policies, and terms & conditions
- Supporting cybercrime analysis, digital forensics, and evidence handling
- Assisting in regulatory compliance audits for IT, e-commerce, and fintech companies
- Engaging in case management, client handling, and advisory support
- Participating in legal outreach, business development, and awareness initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution
- Prior experience or keen interest in cyber law and digital legal practices preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage sensitive and high-stakes legal matters independently
