Overview
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for full-time, in-person internships on a rolling basis for the period June to December 2025. This prestigious internship offers an exceptional opportunity for law students to experience the inner workings of the highest judicial institution in the country and work closely on matters of constitutional, civil, criminal, and commercial significance.
Internship Mode
- Type: Full-time, in-person
- Location: Supreme Court of India, New Delhi
- Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (subject to availability and performance)
- Working Hours: As per court schedule and office requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a law degree:
- 3-year LL.B. Program: 2nd year or above
- 5-year Integrated Law Program: 4th year or above
- LL.M. students (postgraduates) are also eligible
- Demonstrated interest in legal research, constitutional law, and public law is preferred
- Strong academic record and proficiency in legal writing and analysis
