About the Opportunity

Eligibility Criteria
- 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation
- Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi (mandatory)
- Strong experience in litigation before lower courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court
- Experience in arbitration, real estate, and redevelopment matters
- Experience in cooperative court and society matters
- Strong drafting skills in civil and criminal matters
- Professional attitude and ability to manage matters independently
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Managing litigation across India before various courts and forums
- Handling arbitration matters including drafting responses and supporting negotiations
- Advising business divisions on litigation, pre-litigation, and non-litigation real estate matters
- Coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely submissions
- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents
- Advising on IBC-related issues and managing filings such as Form B
- Handling cooperative court, society, redevelopment, and criminal matters
