- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Court practice and litigation handling across relevant forums
- Conducting land searches and managing property registration processes
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents related to property and real estate matters
- Advising and representing clients in property-related legal disputes
