About the Opportunity
Adv. Aryan Chitra is inviting applications for the role of Junior Legal Associate at his office in Sector 77, Mohali. The role involves working on matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, as well as lower courts, tribunals, and commissions, with a focus on civil, criminal, medico-legal, education, and service law.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in matters before High Court and local courts
- Draft legal documents and case summaries
- Conduct legal research and assist in litigation strategy
- Coordinate with clients and manage case files
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh law graduates or those with up to 1–2 years of experience
- Enrolled as an Advocate
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Good drafting skills and legal writing proficiency
- Familiarity with proceedings of Punjab and Haryana High Court and Tricity area courts
Additional Requirements
- Must have own laptop
- Local residents of Tricity preferred (Chandigarh/Mohali applicants welcome)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, productivity, and knowledge (reviewed after 3 months)
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed; attach any legal draft/article with CV for preliminary assessment
