The role involves working closely on litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, and client strategy. Associates will be expected to contribute across various stages of dispute resolution from research to court appearances and client communications.

Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and responses
- Coordinating and managing case files and regulatory communications
- Attending court hearings, tribunals, and client briefings
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes and legal memorandums
- Assisting in pre-litigation strategy, advisory, and settlement discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognized university (preference for NLU/Symbiosis graduates)
- LL.M. is desirable but not mandatory
- 0–2 years of experience in litigation or regulatory advisory
- Strong command over IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI Regulations, and procedural laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and coordinate with clients and teams
