Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinions on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, Labour Laws, etc.
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing red flag reports
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements including:
- Share purchase and subscription agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Business and asset transfer agreements
- Joint venture and employment contracts
- Consultant contracts, distributorship agreements, NDAs
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis
