About the Role

UPC Renewables India is looking to hire Assistant Managers – Legal & Compliance to strengthen the legal and regulatory framework supporting its growing renewable energy portfolio.

This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across projects, contracts, and compliance, ensuring that operations remain legally sound and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in enabling smooth project execution and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling legal documentation related to renewable energy projects
  • Supporting statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance
  • Coordinating with internal project and compliance teams
  • Assisting in contract management and regulatory filings
  • Ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulatory frameworks

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Legal & Compliance
  • Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy, or renewable sector is preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance processes
  • Good drafting, coordination, and documentation skills
