The Office of Saaksshar Duggal, South Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on legal research and drafting with a special focus on Cyber Laws and Emerging Technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection, and related areas.
Position
- Role: Junior Associate
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers may apply)
- Qualification: B.A. LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
- Location: South Delhi
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate (B.A. LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic legal research and drafting of documents
- Assist in matters relating to Cyber Laws, AI, and Data Protection
- Support the office in handling multiple ongoing assignments
