1. Executive – Legal
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Domain: Media & Entertainment
- Key Focus: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
2. Legal Trainee
- Eligibility: Graduates keen to build a career in Media & Entertainment Law
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Location & Work Mode
- Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
- Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
- Note: Mumbai-based candidates only
Notice Period
- Immediate to a maximum of 15–30 days (applicable to both roles)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end legal support across film and television development and production
- Drafting and negotiating key agreements including:
- Talent and above-the-line contracts
- Co-production agreements
- Rights acquisition and licensing agreements
- Literary option and purchase agreements
- Content exploitation deals across platforms
- Review and perfect chain of title and assess third-party rights and obligations
- Conduct IP and content clearances during pre-development stages
- Handle marketing and promotional contracts, including product placement and co-branding agreements
- Assist with contract execution and administration
- Maintain detailed project status reports
- Support litigation matters through legal research and preparation of briefing materials
- Work closely with the Head of Legal on key legal and strategic matters
